Returns - U.S and International
Things happen. Maybe the magic of the flowers did not operate! To return them, please include the original invoice, the jewelry in its original packaging, as well as any gift with purchase to receive a full refund. Due to the handmade nature of the jewelry, returns are accepted within 20 days of ship date.
We are not responsible for lost return packages, and recommend you insure and track your package. You are also welcome to use the shipping method of your choice. Please address all returns to:

REFUNDS - You will receive an email notification from FlowerMoon when we receive and process your return. Please allow 10 business days for your return to be processed.
EXCHANGES - At this time, we cannot process exchanges.
ORDER CHANGE - You were in a rush or overly excited and finally realized you picked the wrong flower? Not to worry, please notify us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, within 24 hours of your order placement. We'll gladly take care of your new order.
We happily accept unused magic within 30 days of the ship date for a full refund. All international orders need a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) code. To obtain an RMA code, email email@example.com with your name, order number, and items you’ll be returning.
Please note that we do not offer free shipping for international returns. Customers are responsible for return shipping, duties, taxes and fees.
